Flowercann is an Argentine private capital company currently installed in the city of Chilecito, La Rioja.

As a result of an agreement signed with Agrogenética Riojana SAPEM (Public Limited Company with Majority State Participation), we have started the process of researching different cannabis and hemp genetics for medicinal purposes.

Taking advantage of the climatic conditions of the area, similar to those of California, a city that produces around 60% of the cannabis consumed in the United States, we seek to adapt and develop the best national and foreign genetics in the country.

We have now 600 m2 of cultivation of different genetics that we can expand up to 2500 if necessary. This makes us one of the few private companies in Argentina that have a significant extension for research and development.

We want to achieve a scalable social and environmental benefit for our country and the region, while generating attractive returns for our investors.

Social:

This type of cultivation requires intensive labor and is better paid than other regional crops. In addition, it has specific tasks where women are more suitable.

Environmental:

It is estimated that 1 hectare of hemp absorbs from 8 to 15 tons of Co2 per year, more than double that of any hectare of forest.

Economic:

We execute productive projects with fair profitability for our investors.
